Previously, he was Vice Chairman and partner at Cushman Wakefield’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, overseeing major apartment transactions across the Southeast. He earned a Real Estate BBA from Georgia and lives in Raleigh, North Carolina today.

Previously, he led The Lundy Group and Stout Ventures' financial division through expansion in medical office, industrial, and retail assets. He lives in Raleigh.

Matt brings over 20 years of real estate management experience, including office, retail, medical, laboratory, industrial, manufacturing, and mixed-use assets. A licensed broker and CPM®, he specializes in managing, capital projects, tenant improvements, and team leadership. He was 2024 CPM® of the Year and IREM Raleigh-Durham President.
